3. Delivery Methods
  • Standard Freight: For large items (sofas, dining sets), we use professional furniture freight carriers to ensure safety.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your furniture’s journey in real-time.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, please note that Kendale Furniture is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery (Important)
Your furniture is insured during transit. However, it is vital that you inspect the packaging and the product upon arrival.
  • If you notice any visible damage to the crate or furniture, please note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Taking photos of the damaged packaging helps us expedite your insurance claim and replacement.
7. Delivery Access
Please ensure that the items you order can fit through your doorways, elevators, and hallways. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, return shipping fees may apply.
